Master of Science Environmental Sciences (MSES) & Geology (MSG)

Welcome to the M.S. in Environmental Sciences and M.S. in Geology programs!

These programs are hosted collaboratively by the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry and the Department of Geological Sciences. During this 2-year program, students take courses relevant to their degree and perform research with a faculty advisor.

MS in Environmental Sciences provides a broad background in sciences relevant to the environment and perform research in water quality, air quality or conservation.

MS in Geology provides strong preparation in geology for careers in geological fields or doctoral studies.
